Prolific is now available on the Google Cloud Platform Marketplace (GCP), allowing you to integrate seamlessly and pay for Prolific solutions directly from your GCP account.
How do I sign up to Prolific via GCP?
Customers that are new to Prolific and don’t have an existing Prolific account can find us by searching the GCP marketplace. You’ll then be prompted to contact our sales team. They will reach out to you directly and will be able to create a private offer for you based on your usage needs.
Alternatively, a member of our sales team may already be in contact with you and they can help you get set up as a new Prolific customer on GCP.
Getting set up on GCP
Once you’ve agreed a private offer with a member of our sales team, you will be able to accept the offer on the GCP marketplace. You can follow these steps to get set up as a Prolific customer on GCP.
Click on ‘sign up with provider’ and enter the email address you’d like to be associated with your Prolific account. From there you’ll be able to sign in to Prolific.
You will be able to manage all Prolific top ups and invoices in your GCP account, rather than within your Prolific account directly.
Once you have gone through these steps and are logged in to your Prolific account and have topped up, you are all set! You can start drafting and publishing studies. Please see our setting up a study guide here.
FAQs
What if I have an existing Prolific account, can I still sign up with GCP?
Currently, you aren’t able to sign up via GCP if you have an existing account with us. If you click on ‘sign up with provider’ and enter your email, you will be prompted to get in touch with our support team, who will register your interest in signing up via GCP.
What happens when my offer in GCP is up for contract renewal?
If you’d like to top up, you can contact our support team or our sales team via the GCP contact form. You can also email your sales contact directly to arrange this.
